Staff are encouraged to nurture their own faith and understanding through opportunities such as further study in Religious Education and Theology, prayer and reflection, retreats and pilgrimages and other faith formation activities.
At St Patrick’s Catholic Primary School Sutherland, our school motto; ‘Nourish, Nurture, Grow in Christ’ is lived through the relationships that exist between the staff, parish, priests and school community.
Staff are given regular opportunities to express and develop their faith through weekly staff prayer, staff retreats and faith formation experiences. Staff nurture their own faith and the faith of the school community by being the face of Christ each and every day.
